Banquet Stage Management: March-in cues, speeches, gown change intervals, and toasting flow. Reception & Setup Oversight: Seating check, decor inspection, and guest reception management. On-Site Crisis Handling: Real-time problem solving and ad-hoc rundown adjustments. Final Inventory Handover: Return of gifts, red packet custody, and wedding props to family.
